Hi, I'm Jenna! I’m a born-and-raised Albertan farm girl with nothing more than a passion and a dream of helping others improve their health and longevity. My own 130-pound weight loss sparked my passion for nutrition and a holistic lifestyle. It is through my formal education and experience, I believe nutrient-dense foods are the key to optimal health. Nurturing the body starts with whole food. But I also believe it’s not about the food. What if I don’t eat fish/eggs/meat/dairy/gluten/etc?Though there is fish, shellfish & eggs included in the meal plans - they can be easily substituted for another protein source. All meal plans are largely free of dairy with the exception of the occasional butter or ghee, but again they may be substituted for another type of fat - coconut oil, avocado oil, extra-virgin olive oil, etc. All meal plans are 100% gluten-free.
