Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

For the love of...Bacon! Oh and Brussels Sprouts, of course. These Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon are really the next best thing. Trust me you will not regret making them and you'll probably want to double the recipe so you have leftovers! ;)

Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Serves 4


  • 8 slices of Organic Bacon (cut into 1" pieces)

  • 4 cups Brussels Sprouts (halved)

  • 1/2 Red Onion (diced)

  • 1 tbsp Butter (melted)

  • 1 1/3 tbsp Garlic Powder

  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)


  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.

  2. Place the halved Brussels sprouts and red onion in a bowl. Toss them with the melted butter and spices.

  3. Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and add bacon pieces. Cook for about 20 minutes, until crispy, then remove.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
