Overnight Berry Chia Pudding

Chia pudding makes a great breakfast, snack or dessert! Chia seeds are filled with fibre which helps your body get rid of excess estrogen, keep blood sugar balanced and lower systolic blood pressure. Chia seeds are also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and zinc. When added to liquid, chia seeds expand into a gelatinous mixture to give it a pudding-like texture. Try this simple Berry Chia Pudding! You won't regret it.

Overnight Berry Chia Pudding

Serves 2


  • 1 cup Organic Coconut Milk

  • 1/4 cup Water

  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds

  • 1 cup Berries


  1. Combine coconut milk, water and chia seeds in a bowl.

  2. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.

  3. Top with berries and enjoy!
