Maca Chocolate Coconut Smoothie

A smoothie is one of the greatest ways to pack in nutrients into your diet. As for Maca, it might be the most delicious way! Maca has been shown to increase fertility with its hormone-balancing properties. Learn more about Maca.

What I love about this recipe is that you can drink it cold as a smoothie or hot for a more soothing experience. Once you blend the ingredients, warm over a stove and enjoy!

Maca Chocolate Coconut Smoothie


  • 3 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • A dash of vanilla


  1. Add all the ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
