Lemon Tart Smoothie

When life gives you lemons.. you make a Lemon Tart Smoothie! I love lemons and all their nourishing properties. Lemons have been found to relieve indigestion, boost your immune system with their high vitamin C content, provide you with antioxidants to fight dangerous free radicals and positively affect blood pressure levels. With all those amazing benefits its time to drink up!

Lemon Tart Smoothie

Serves 2


  • 2 Lemon (juiced)

  • 2 Banana (frozen)

  • 2 cups Frozen Cauliflower

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Butter

  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 3 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk


  1. Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
