Coconut Matcha Latte

You had me at... LATTE! Is there really anything better than the creamy foamy texture of a delicious latte? Maybe if we make it a pretty green colour with added health benefits! Green tea contains epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) which has been shown to be anti-obesity and anti-diabetic. EGCG may also provide protection from other degenerative diseases. The consumption of green tea has been linked to preventing oxidative stress and neurological disorders, as well as several forms of cancer due to its antioxidant benefits.

Coconut Matcha Latte

Serves 2


  • 2 cups Water (hot)

  • 1 cup Organic Coconut Milk

  • 2 tsp Green Tea Powder

  • 2 tbsp Coconut Butter

  • 2 tbsp Raw Honey (optional)


  1. In your blender, combine the hot water, coconut milk, matcha, coconut butter, and raw honey (if using). Blend until creamy and frothy. Pour into a mug and enjoy!

NOTE: If following a Ketogenic Diet swap Stevia for Raw Honey.
