Chocolate Chip Cookies

Who doesn’t love a delicious Chocolate Chip Cookie!? 🍪 There’s no need to feel guilty about snacking on these cookies. These delicious cookies are gluten-free, egg-free, and vegan.

Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • 1/3 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F then line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl combine coconut oil and coconut sugar. Mix thoroughly then add vanilla extract and coconut milk. Continue to mix thoroughly.

  3. Add the almond flour, the coconut flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Continue to mix until a dough forms. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  4. Scoop out about 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of dough at a time. Arrange them on the baking sheet with about 2 inches in between each. Bake in the oven for 12-13 minutes, until edges are light golden brown.

  5. Allow cooling for at least 15 minutes before serving.

  6. Enjoy!!
